π£ New Features and Updates π
These are the most notable new additions to Moxion in this release!
π‘ Forensic Watermarking Support for Premium Content
We have expanded our capabilities to allow for HDR10, Dolby Vision and 4K/UHD assets on productions taking advantage of our forensic watermarking capabilities
π‘ Upload Validation Updates
This feature is now enabled for all Moxion customers. The pre-upload validation step tests for common issues related to specific types of assets, including variable frame rate clips, truncated files and issues related to HDR 10 and Dolby Vision files.
π±Mark Comments as Completed in iOS
A feature recently introduced to our Realtime Review sessions and now making it's way to our iOS is the ability to mark a comment as "Completed" once it has been actioned by a user. Additionally, you're able to filter by completion status (Completed/Not Completed) - allowing you to check which comments are outstanding or need to be addressed.
πΌ Updated Team and Usage Info in Reports
We have added additional details within our Reports tab for the interested Admins among you! These include Live Streaming usage statistics and the ability to view all members of a team - including those who are not currently assigned to any folders/productions.
π Bugfixes π
Here are the highlights of our resolved issues coming through in this release.
Safari 15 Compatibility
We've add some bug fixes and improvements to support the most recent version of Safari.
Variable Frame Rate Clips
As part of our Upload Validation, we now identify VFR clips and notify the user that playback will not work within Moxion and that processing of these clips may fail.
Batch Name Character Limit Affecting Uploads
In some cases, users have been able to exceed the character limit when editing the name of a Batch, prompting errors when attempting to save or create the batch during uploading. We have made adjustments to restrict these edits to the 35-character limit for batch names.
Downloading Reports in Safari
In some cases, the download option for a report would not trigger correctly inside Safari. This has been resolved, and the reports now download successfully in all supported browsers.
