💡SRT Live Streaming Support

We've updated our Live Asset integrations with support for the SRT (Secure Reliable Transport) video streaming protocol - allowing supported feeds to broadcast Live to Moxion.

Your favorite Live Assets are ready for their big-screen debut with our newly introduced Live Asset support in our tvOS app! Click to open the asset from a Playlink or an Inbox message and you're connected right away.

Here are the highlights of our resolved issues coming through in this release.

Slowdown issues for Company Admins on Large Volume accounts

We have made optimizations to improve performance for Company Admin users across large volume accounts. 

Timecode Issues with Original File (Watermarked) Downloads

Some users reported that when downloading assets under the Original File (Watermarked) option resulted in the timecode information being misaligned. We have identified the cause of this and newly downloaded assets will reflect the correct timecode information.

Downloading Audio Files in Watermarked Folders

Some users reported being unable to download audio files in folders where watermarking is enabled, despite the audio files themselves not being capable of receiving watermarks. We have identified the cause and audio-only assets are now available as expected. 

Playback Issues in Chrome

Some users reported playback issues with Google Chrome when attempting to play some assets older than 90 days. We have identified and resolved the root cause of this issue.
