iOS - Keyboard Shortcuts

We have added a keyboard shortcut to our iPadOS and iOS apps to allow you to move frame-by-frame through an asset using the keyboard's left and right arrow keys (hardware keyboard must be present for keyboard shortcuts)

iOS - Help and Connectivity

We have brought the Help menu and Connectivity Status Check to iOS and iPadOS devices, allowing you to quickly get a real-world speedtest against our asset streaming servers and find answers to your questions - all without leaving the app.

Bug Fixes

Playback - Buffering and Caching

We have identified and resolved an issue which could cause intermittent buffering/playback issues, causing the asset to pause frequently.

Playlinks - Medium Secure Playlink Emails

We have identified and resolved an issue which could cause playlink emails to not be delivered to recipients.
