Desktop Drag and Drop

We have updated our Desktop interface to allow for assets to be moved between productions, folders or batches using drag and drop!

This replaces the Move and Copy panel from Moxion Classic with a more intuitive tool.

Poster-Style Inbox

An optional new look has been added to the Moxion Inbox to give you a more visual experience.

Any posters that have been added to a production you're a part of will now show up here, separated into sections that have new notifications and ones that don't.

Resume Playback

Our player will now remember where you left off when you were watching a clip, regardless of the platform or device you were watching it on! If you have to pause and come back later, we'll remember and restart it a few seconds before the spot you last left off at so you can get back up to speed.

This resume tracks across anywhere you can watch Moxion - so you can stop in a browser and resume in our iPhone app, and then finish off in the Apple TV app.

Your prior progress will be indicated by a colored progress bar at the bottom of the clip's thumbnail image.

Bug Fixes

Download Proxy Metadata

We have identified reports of metadata which is native or applied after the fact to assets in Moxion not showing up when downloaded (in either MP4 or MXF) and brought into NLE systems. This has been resolved, and Metadata is now included in the proxy files as expected.

MFA Texts Not Being Sent

We have received reports of customers on the West Coast of the United States not receiving MFA verification text messages. Our engineering team has worked with one of our vendors to resolve this issue so that everyone is able to this use either one of our phone-based MFA verification methods.
