Rooms - Player

Our Player inside Rooms now has access to updated features from the global Player including

• Approvals
• Variable Playback Speed toggles
• Asset-Level Commenting

Rooms Administration - Show All Rooms to Admins

Company/Production Administrators can opt-in to a new functionality to display all Rooms for which they have administration rights across their Company/Production.

For Rooms that they neither own nor are a participant, functionality is limited, only allowing them to close or delete the Room.

This feature allows Admins to clean up old, unused, or unwanted Rooms to better assist in management of active Rooms licenses.

Bug Fixes

Shares - Notification with no Expiry

We have identified and resolved an issue which could cause a notification email to not be sent when creating a Share with no expiry date.

Shares - Contacts

We have identified and resolved an issue which could prevent certain recently-added contacts from populating the recipients list when creating a Share.

Shares - Add Recipient

We have identified and resolved an issue which could cause a Share to resend to all participants when adding additional recipients.

Folder Activity - Hidden Batch Notifications

We have identified and resolved an issue which could prevent Folder Activity notifications from being deliverable when unhiding a Hidden Batch.

Transfer - Manage Assets

We have identified and resolved an issue which could cause the current folder to not be selected automatically within the Manage Assets panel when actioning a move/copy, causing the operation to fail unless manually selected.

Admin - CSV Import/Export

We have identified and resolved a number of issues which could cause imports/exports of production-level csv information to fail.
