New Features

Shares - Comments Visible to All Users (Toggle)

In this update we have expanded the functionality of Commenting with Shares by adding a new toggle in the Share editor - “Comments are visible to all viewers”.

Previously: Public Comments made in a Share were only visible to users in the root Folder (no interaction)

Now: With “Comments are visible to all viewers” toggled on, recipients of a Share making Public comments will be able to see each others comments, allowing interaction and discussion.

Home - Production Widget Sort

We’ve added the ability to sort the “Productions” widget (added by default) - allowing you to see all of the posters sorted by name or by most recently updated.

Toolbar Refinements

Asset Status

Asset Status is now available in the Toolbar’s Menu to quickly manage approvals.

Asset Status - Search

Our search tool now includes the option to search by Asset Status - helping you filter out the noise (or look for it).

iPadOS - Toolbar Refinements

Our redesigned toolbar also comes to the iPad with this update, bringing a cleaner look, improved usability, and more intuitive access to key actions.

Commenting - Attach to Frame

When putting together a new comment you now have the ability to toggle if the comment should be attached to the timestamp of the current frame (frame-level commenting) or the asset generally (asset-level commenting)

Bug Fixes

Assets - Batch Naming

We have identified and resolved an issue where dragging to select the text when editing a batch name would cause the edit to cancel.

Assets - Hidden Batches

We have identified and resolved an issue which could cause the notification on “unhide” to show the previous name of a batch if the name had been changed whilst hidden.

Commenting - Comments List

We have identified and resolved an issue which could cause the comments to scroll beyond the confines of the page.

Search - Visibility

We have identified and resolved an issue which could cause the Search bar to not be available for certain users.

Shares - Notitications on Edit

We have identified and resolved an issue which could cause notification emails to send to all users on a share during the process of adding new users, rather than notifying only the new users.

Rooms - iPadOS

We have identified and resolved an issue which could cause Markups to not display for iPad participants when a Host selects a Comment during a Rooms session.
