New Features

Bulk Actions via Multi-select & Action Menu

With this update, you can now multi-select assets within the Assets tab, and then apply a bulk action to all assets that you've selected, right from the action menu.

Examples of this would be:

• Multi-select assets, then create a brand new Playlist containing those assets
• Multi-select assets, then update the status of all of those assets
• Multi-select assets, then delete all selected assets

Previously, multi-selecting removed the action menu, and users were required to use the functionality icons along the top nav bar

Playlist Comments Panel Default

We've updated the default behaviour for those who receive email notifications about Playlists. When a deep link is clicked within a notification email, the user will now see the comments panel as being open by default. This replaces the previous behaviour where the user would need to unfold the comment panel each time.

Note that this only applies for Playlists where the comment panel is enabled, which is configured by the sender(s).

Access Panel - Sort Options Added

This update introduces the ability to sort users by name, in ascending or descending order, when viewing them via the Access panel found on the right nav bar of the Assets Tab.

Asset Status Icon Displayed in Viewer

We've also added the Asset Status Icon to the top bar of the Viewer, giving those who are viewing the assets more info on the status of each asset.  

Only the color icon will be displayed by default in the header, but hovering over the icon will reveal the status text:

Rooms Lobby UI Update for iPad

Lastly, this most recent update introduces UI enhancements for the Rooms Lobby for users accessing via our iPad app. Users will need to download the latest version to see these enhancements.

Bug Fixes

iOS Comments Panel UI Hidden

We've identified and resolved an issue whereby some users would not see the comments panel when viewing on an iOS device.

Apple TV Home Tab Pagination

We've identified and resolved a pagination issue on the Home tab, where some users with access to a large number of Projects would only see the first page of Projects.

Asset Copy Failing as Designed, but without Notification

We've identified and resolved an issue whereby a user is not able to copy assets due to permissions restriction, but no notification was displayed informing them of this restriction.

Rooms UI Bugs

We've identified and resolved an issue whereby a small number of users would occasionally be unable to scroll through their available Rooms in the Rooms Lobby section.

We've also identified and resolved an issue whereby some users would see an option to re-open a Room in the UI when the re-open functionality is unavailable.
