Quick Rooms

Create a Room directly from a Playlist!

In this update you will now be able to create a Room directly from the Playlist in the Assets panel (when given appropriate Permission to create Rooms), streamlining setup to let you focus on discussion.

Upload/Download Improvements

This release includes improvements to how upload and downloads are handled across Flow Capture, improving speeds and performance.

Mobile - iOS/iPadOS

We've included additional tweaks to our some of our mobile applications' popups and alerts to be more aligned to the operating system's native style.

Bug Fixes

Multi-Select - Export Metadata

We have identified and resolved an issue which could prevent Metadata from being exportable when multiple assets were selected. Now, when multiple assets are selected the Export Metadata button should appear as intended.

PDF Watermarking

We have made improvements to our PDF watermarking to ensure that correct coverage is applied to different shape/scale documents.

Playlists and Shares - Thumbnail

We have identified and resolved an issue which could cause the thumbnail of a Playlist/Share to not refresh when the asset the thumbnail is referencing is removed from the Playlist.

Inbox - Notifications

We have identified and resolved an issue which could show "No Messages" when a user opened up a different Inbox filter/view.

Manage Assets - Notify All Participants

We have identified and resolved an issue during a Move which could cause notification emails to not send when "Notify All Participants" is toggled on. This issue only effected Moves, Copy actions were unaffected.

AVID Media Composer Integration

We have updated the Flow Capture panel (when installed via Connect) with bug fixes and minor design updates.
