New Features

Rooms - Pre-Join Experience

Lights, Camera - wait, not that camera...

This update introduces a new pre-join to Rooms which will allow you to setup and enable your camera and microphone before joining a meeting, ensuring you look and sound the part before discussion.

  • Users will also be able to see who is already in the Room prior to joining
  • Hosts will also be presented with a couple of settings options that they can configure prior to joining.

Shares - Schedule Send

Users who schedule a share now have the option to either send the invitation right away, or send it at the date/time the share is scheduled - a familiar workflow for those used to Playlinks on Flow Capture.

Viewer - [ ⋮ ] Action Menu

This update makes the asset-level [ ⋮ ] Action Menu previously available only from the Asset Card available in the Viewer - allowing you to perform actions such as "Add to...", "Send to..." and "Download Asset" whilst playing an asset.


As with all menus in Flow Capture, the options you will see as a user will scale according to your permission against any given asset or location.

Updates and Refinements

Playlists - Add to Playlist

When adding assets to a Playlist you can now click a popup toast to navigate to the playlist directly to see the assets in their new context.


Interface - Names and Titles

This update expands the character limit for certain elements

  • Playlists can now accept up to 200 characters
  • Shares & Rooms can now accept up to 256 characters

Interface - Shares

This update introduces a refined view for Shares, displaying the content in a grid.


Reports - Activity Audit

We have made a minor change to the Activity Table in the Activity Audit in the Reports Tab to have this display Newest to Oldest by default.

Bug Fixes

iPad - Playback after Lock

We have identified and resolved an issue which could cause an asset's playback progress to reset when returning to the device after lock.


Rooms - Asset Management (Live Asset)

We have identified and resolved an issue which could prevent users designated as cohost from being able to manage and delete Live Assets from a Room.


iOS - Shares UI

We have identified and resolved an issue which could cause the Participants list when previewing a Share to not be scrollable, impacting management.
