2026/04 - Early April Release
New Features
Default Playlist Collaborators
This update introduces a new functionality to Flow Capture - Default Playlist Collaborators.

When you define users as your "default" collaborators, they are automatically included whenever you create a new Playlist, saving you the task of adding each user manually repeatedly.
Users in Flow Capture can set their default collaborators on a per-account basis, allowing each user to specify the default collaborators most suitable to their context.
Grouping and Sorting preferences now maintained
We have updated our Grouping and Sorting prerefences to ensure that they are saved and maintained between sessions - allowing you to keep your preferred way of arranging content.
Home - Now Available Offline
We have updated our "Home" view on mobile devices to be available offline, enabling seamless access to content while without internet.
Supported actions while offline include sorting, layout adjustments, and message removal.
Unsupported features are hidden to ensure a clear and reliable user experience.
iOS and iPadOS - Enhanced Offlining
Items now display clear, real time status indicators such as processing, offlining, completed, failed, or incomplete - providing better visibility into download progress and ensuring users can easily understand the availability of their content.
These new statuses are aligned with the offline manager on the device, delivering a consistent and reliable experience across the app.
Android - HDR Playback and Resolution Selection
For users with compatible devices our Android application now supports HDR playback of supported assets, along with support for choosing a preferred dynamic range and resolution within the player.
Updates and Refinements
Quick Shares
Following user feedback, we are adjusting Quick Shares to no longer be a dedicated category of Playlist, rather, Quick Share playlists will now be integrated into the standard Playlist view and appear as any other Playlist would.
Bug Fixes
iPadOS - Offline File Management
We have identified and resolved an issue which could cause offline assets part of multiple offline messages to not be visible aside from the most recently downloaded message. Offline assets should now appear in all messages where they appear, as expected.
Desktop - Users and Teams
We have identified and resolved an issue where selecting a Team from a Users and Groups could open to the incorrect team.
