Corrupt Upload

During the course of uploading your assets into Flow Capture you may come across the following the symbol. Flow Capture uses industry standard transcoders that can deal with most, but not all, encoding variants. While we can handle just about everything that comes to us, sometimes you'll get the following instead of a scrubbable thumbnail. 

In most cases, this will be due to an issues with the upload process, or a problem with the file that's been uploaded (such as an unsupported codec within your chosen file wrapper). If this happens, you have a few options:

1. Re-upload the file using our recommend upload specification.
2. Re-encode your clip and then upload that fresh one to our specification. 
3. Make sure the file has video and audio tracks, and that both codecs are supported
