Emergency Support

If urgent issues arise that require immediate attention (IE, the issue is preventing you from using Moxion and you’re up against a strict deadline), you can raise an emergency ticket that will alert our team, anytime day or night.

To do so, you can either use the word “Urgent” in your email to us, or you can set the severity to “Urgent” using the in-app beacon:
