Contacting Flow Capture Support
In the event that the knowledge base doesn’t answer your questions, or if you need more specific help troubleshooting an issue, Flow Capture customer support can be reached via the following three avenues:

In-app Beacon: First click the ”Help” button in the upper right-hand corner of Flow Capture, then browse to the “ASK” tab.
Once there, click "Email," then set an urgency (see below) for your message and click next.
Lastly, enter a Subject and a message. Once you hit send, your request will be delivered to our support team, and they'll reply to you via email shortly.
Emergency Support
If urgent issues arise that require immediate attention (IE, the issue is preventing you from using Flow Capture and you’re up against a strict deadline), you can raise an emergency ticket that will alert our team, anytime day or night.
To do so, you can either use the word “Urgent” in your email to us, or you can set the severity to “Urgent” using the in-app beacon:
