In the event that the knowledge base doesn’t answer your questions, or if you need more specific help troubleshooting an issue, Flow Captur customer support can be reached via the following three avenues:

In-app Beacon: First click the ”Help” button in the upper right hand corner of Flow Capture, then browse to the “ASK” tab.

Emergency Support

If urgent issues arise that require immediate attention (IE, the issue is preventing you from using Flow Capture and you’re up against a strict deadline), you can raise an emergency ticket that will alert our team, anytime day or night.
