Allow Support Access

On the rare occasion that something goes wrong and the Moxion team isn't able to replicate it on our end, we may ask you to grant us access your account to help us figure out what may be causing a particular problem. This won't affect your ability to work in Moxion if you still need to and are able, but it is something that has to be switched on from your end. 

Note that this can only be switched from the browser or desktop Moxion apps.

You can enable it by opening your Account Settings from the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the app.

This brings you right where you need to be, and the last step is to simply check the box next to the Allow Support Access option.
