Allow Support Access
On the rare occasion that something goes wrong and the Flow Capture team isn't able to replicate it on our end, we may ask you to grant us access your account to help us figure out what may be causing a particular problem. This won't affect your ability to work in Flow Capture if you still need to and are able, but it is something that has to be switched on from your end.
Note that this can only be switched from the browser or desktop Flow Capture apps.
To enable support access, simply browse to your General Settings by clicking on your initials at the bottom-left corner, and click the checkbox next to Allow Access.
Once the issue is resolved, simply repeat these steps to revoke this access.
