These are the most notable new additions to Moxion in this release!

Batch Option for Moving or Copying Assets

The Manage Assets panel has gotten an update which allows you to move or copy entire batches of assets without having to open and select anything else. If you're selecting a batch that doesn't exist in your destination folder, we'll also automatically create a new batch with the same name wherever you're sending it.

Improved 5.1 Audio Support (with SMPTE defaults)

Our support for 5.1 audio has broadened to include SMPTE standards for merging discrete channels, which allows you to upload and play back in 5.1.2 or 5.1 with SMPTE or Film ordering on compatible devices. We've also added the ability for you to set a default type of audio processing in the Asset Options section of a Folder's Settings.

Upload Validation

We've added a new, optional validation step to our uploader that checks for common issues with Dolby Vision or MXF files before they get uploaded to Moxion.

Multiple Asset Tagging

Selecting more than one asset and attempting to apply a tag to it has previously only resulted in the first asset being tagged. We've fixed this so that all of the assets you've chosen will have the tags you choose applied to them.
