When prompted, select "Other (Google, Facebook, etc.)

If this is your first time using Microsoft Authenticator on this device, a system prompt will appear for Camera access (so that the QR codes can be scanned). If we're setting this up on the same device we're logging in from, we'll need to select "Enter Code Manually" and copy/paste the code into the field.
