Flow Capture Connect for Windows app upgrade information

With the 2024 Mid July release of Flow Capture Connect, an extra step is required to ensure a smooth installation.

If you're a Windows user and have previously installed Connect prior to Mid July, that older version will need to be uninstalled before installing the new version.

This would mean your application will reset, and any configured live streams will need to be re-created.
