Comparing Playlists to Shares

Playlist Share
Manage and collate content. Manage Recipients/Viewers.
Changes to a Playlist are saved for me, and for any Shared versions of this Playlist. Shared Playlists reference a Private Playlist.
Visibility is Private (Only Me). Visibility is Shared (list of recipients).
Requires minimum (Viewer) Folder Permission over the assets to be able to add to playlist. Requires minimum (Share) Permission over the assets to be able to distribute.
Available for playback in the Playlists tab. Available for playback in the Inbox tab.
Only I can modify the Playlist. I can define another user to be a Collaborator on the Shared Playlist (coming soon)
