Flow Capture Login with Autodesk ID

Setting up Autodesk ID at the login screen.

  • Enter your email address and click Next.
  • You will see a prompt to Sign in/Connect with Autodesk ID.
  • Choose Connect with Autodesk ID.
    • This will redirect to the Autodesk site.
  • Log in with your existing Autodesk ID, or create a new Autodesk ID.
    • See “Create Account”.
  • Once connected, the app will redirect back to Flow Capture.
  • You have now connected your Autodesk ID to your Flow Capture account and signed in.

    • Once Logged In, redirect back to Flow Capture
  • You are now signed in to Flow Capture using your Autodesk ID.

What is an Autodesk ID?

Autodesk ID is Autodesk's "single sign on" system. It will be replacing the old Flow Capture/Moxion password-based login.

Once you have migrated your username to Autodesk ID, you'll login through Autodesk ID from that point forward. It's a fairly simple change and one that will make logging into Autodesk products more convenient.

Most Autodesk products require you to use an Autodesk ID to log in, and if you use any other Autodesk software, it's likely that you have already used Autodesk ID - possibly without even realizing it. 

Why are introducing Autodesk ID to Flow Capture?

We're making this change to streamline your login experience, so that you have the same login for all Autodesk products. 

What are the benefits of connecting to an Autodesk ID to my Flow Capture account?

With Autodesk ID you can:

  • Share the same login with all Autodesk products. If you use any other Autodesk products, you likely have an Autodesk ID already, and logging in to Autodesk ID once will log you in everywhere.
  • Use the new Flow platform capabilities, such as Sharing playlists with Flow Capture Production Tracking. 

The current username and password login will continue to work be available until a later full migration to Autodesk ID.

Can my Flow Capture email address be different to my Autodesk ID?

No. Your existing Flow Capture email address and your Autodesk ID will be the same.  

Can I disconnect my Autodesk ID from my Flow Capture account?

No. When you migrate your account to Autodesk ID, it is a permanent change. You can no longer use your old Flow Capture password-based login. 

How do I sign out of Autodesk ID?

Visit https://manage.autodesk.com and click the Sign Out link.

Doing this will remove all Autodesk ID sessions and sign you out of all Autodesk products.
