Email Summaries

Anytime a Share is sent, the sender has the option to leave email notifications on, or to turn it off. If the sender leaves it on, you'll receive an email notification in addition to your Flow Capture Inbox notification, for each Share that you receive.

You have the option, however, to turn the receiving of these notifications off entirely, by toggling the Share Email Notification toggle to OFF.

If you leave it turned ON, you'll also be presented with three options:

• Instantly - with this option, you'll receive each email notification as soon as it is sent to you
• Daily - with this option, you can select a specific time of day, and you'll receive one email notification daily with a summary of all of the Shares sent to you.
• Weekly - with this option, you can select a specific day of the week and time of day, and you'll receive one email notification weekly with a summary of all of the Shares sent to you that week

Should you select Daily or Weekly, you'll also be given the option to have an additional Flow Capture account CC'd on those notifications.
