Asset Status

Asset Status allows you to choose from a list of Statuses defined by the Production and to apply those to assets. This allows you to accurately move a clip through various lifecycles and stages of work across the whole Production.

You're able to search for and filter to assets containing Asset Status in the search bar, letting you quickly locate assets with a status of In-Progress - or to just exclude all assets with the status of Done.

Asset Statuses are defined at the Production Level, appearing under the Production Settings context menu (when a production is selected in Flow Capture).

Here you can

• Add/remove statuses
• Change the associated color of statuses
• Rearrange and reorder the list of statuses

You're also able to adjust the asset status when viewing assets in List View on the assets tab:

Asset Status can also be toggled On/Off for all users in a Production using the "Display Status" toggle.
