Flow Capture is ring-fenced by the most advanced security protocols available, including end-to-end encryption, live activity monitoring and a logging system all housed in our private, secured access data centers and CDN. Flow Capture also submits to continuous audit analysis and penetration tests, as well as a range of physical and code exploit scans. 

Disaster Recovery

Flow Capture is well guarded against failures, and has a robust disaster recovery plan. Should a disaster situation occur, the Flow Capture team will move swiftly to ensure that available resources and capacity in the disaster recovery affected zone are reserved. Our Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) across all of our services has a maximum of 24 hours.

In addition, the Flow Capture team also has procedures to recover from accidental data deletion (assets and customer data), as well as procedures to recover from a breaking code change, all of which also have an RTO of a maximum of 24 hours.
