Users and Teams - Adding New Users or Teams

The Users and Teams panel has a number of options that allow you to add new users and/or teams in an efficient way.

Adding New Users

To get started, first, select the Project you want to add the user(s) to.

Next, click the Add dropdown, and select "Users."

Once you do, you'll see the following dialogue box pop up, which lets you create users and add as many users as needed:

If you'd like, you can also choose to add these new users to Teams at the same time. Just click the

"+ Add Teams" button, then select the team(s) you want to add them to.  

Lastly, click the "Confirm" button, and those new users will be invited to join Flow Capture.

Adding New Teams

To add a new team, first, make sure the Project you want to add the team to is selected in the upper left. From there, click the Add dropdown, then select "Teams."

In the dialogue box that pops up, you'll then be able to create as many teams as you'd like, each with it's own scope, default permission, and color.

Once you've added all the teams you'd like to create, clicking the Confirm button will create empty teams that can then be populated and granted folder access.

However - If you'd like, you can also add team members and assign these teams all during the creation process.

To add users to these teams, just click Add Members and find the specific users you'd like to add.

To assign these teams folder access, click Add Folders, then select the folders you'd like to grant this team of users access to.
