Users and Teams - Granting Access
The Users and Teams panel allows you to grant users (or teams of users) access to specific folders on a granular level.
Please note: Users and Teams has been released as a Public Beta, as additional work for full parity with Manage Teams focused on individual user permissions on folders is still ongoing.
Granting Access - Users
To add a user (or multiple users) to a folder individually, first, find that specific user in your list of contacts.

From there, you have a few different ways to grant this user access to a folder.
The first way is to click the "Assign Access" icon under Actions:

The second way is to select the checkbox on the left, then click the "Assign Access" button.

This method is especially useful if you want to add multiple users to the same folder(s), as you would simply select the checkbox next to each of the users you wish to add.
The third way is to click the user's name, which will bring you into the user detail view. From there, you can click the Actions dropdown, then select "Assign Access."

Regardless of which route you take, you'll be presented with the Assign Access dialogue. From there, just select the folder(s) you'd like to grant access to, as well as the specific permission you'd like to grant them, and click Add:

That's it! You'll then see the users new access in the user detail view. (Note: you may need to refresh your screen to see the changes)

Once a user has been added to an individual folder in this manner, you'll need to use the Access tool to either adjust their permission, or remove them from that folder. Click here for more.
These capabilities tools will be added to Users and Teams as we continue to develop the tool.
Granting Access - Teams
Giving a Team of users access to a folder or set of folders works roughly the same way.
First, find the Team you'd like to grant access.

Just like granting access to Users, you have three ways of granting access to Teams. You can use the Assign Access button:

Select the team and then click Assign Access:

Or, enter the Team Detail screen by clicking the team name, and assigning access from there:

Regardless of which route you take, you'll be presented with a similar Assign Access screen, which allows you to select the folder(s) you'd like to give that team of users access to:

Note that there is one additional option when assigning Teams: "Assign to Project." Clicking this will add that team at the Project level, meaning that all users in that team will automatically have access to all folders and sub-folders across the project, including folders created in the future, with the Team's default permission assigned.
